We can turn bedtime into a peaceful routine, and finally bring calm, confidence, and predictability back into your evenings.
You love your baby more than anything… but the exhaustion is starting to take its toll. You're spending hours rocking, bouncing, or feeding just to get your little one to sleep — only to have them wake up 45 minutes later. Nights feel unpredictable. Naps are all over the place. And you’re second-guessing every decision, wondering if you’re doing it “right.”
You've read all the blogs. Tried all the tricks. Maybe even attempted sleep training… but it didn’t feel aligned with your values — or it just didn’t work.
Now you’re stuck in a cycle of over-researching, over-tiredness, and overwhelm.
And on top of it all? You're a first-time mom trying to balance your career, your relationship, and your mental health — while holding your baby and holding it all together.
You're not doing anything wrong.
You just need a plan that works for your baby and feels good to you.
That’s exactly where I come in.
– Bedtime taking way too long… you’re stuck in a cycle of feeding, rocking, or pacing for an hour (or more) every night
– Short naps that end just as you sit down to breathe — or no naps at all
– Middle-of-the-night wakings that leave you questioning what you’re doing wrong
– Early mornings that start at 5 AM — no matter what you try
– Conflicting advice from books, blogs, friends, or even pediatricians that only makes you feel more confused
– A baby who “needs” you to sleep, but no clear plan on how to gently move toward independence
– A growing fear that you’ll never sleep normally again, and you’re losing pieces of yourself in the process
You’re not alone. And it doesn’t have to be this way.
🌙 Put your baby down peacefully at bedtime — knowing they’ll fall asleep without a fight
🍷 Enjoy a full evening with your partner… dinner, a show, or just quiet
😴 Wake up after a real stretch of sleep — not dreading the day ahead
🕰️ Have nap times that feel predictable, giving you time to shower, work, or just breathe
💗 Respond to your baby with calm confidence, not panic or guesswork
📵 Stop Googling “wake windows at 3 AM” and actually trust your instincts again
🌞 Feel present during the day — not just surviving, but truly enjoying motherhood
💑 Reconnect with yourself, your partner, and the parts of life that matter to you
Because when your baby sleeps better, everything feels lighter.
And you deserve that
Hi, I’m Taylor — pediatric sleep consultant, teacher, and first-time mom.
When I became a mom, I expected sleepless nights — but what I didn’t expect was how conflicting, outdated, and guilt-inducing the advice would be. I wanted to help my baby sleep, but I also wanted to nurture him. I didn’t want to choose between connection and rest — I wanted both.
And I knew there had to be a better way.
As a certified teacher, guiding and supporting others is in my bones. I’ve spent years helping children and families thrive, and now I’ve taken that same passion and purpose into the world of baby sleep — with an approach that’s gentle, attachment-based, and rooted in respect.
I started Breezy Baby Sleep Solutions because I believe first-time moms deserve sleep support that feels aligned with their values — not just a generic “sleep training” method that leaves everyone in tears.
I’ve been where you are: exhausted, unsure, and craving a plan that actually works.
Now, it’s my joy to walk alongside other moms and show them that better sleep is possible — without sacrificing the bond they’ve worked so hard to build.
Let’s help your baby sleep… and help you breathe again.
